This lack of transparency and professionalism is concerning, especially from a well-known company like State Farm that you would expect to uphold a standard of straightforward communication and trust. It's disappointing to encounter such evasive tactics, which has led me to question their business practices. I would expect much better customer service and straightforwardness from any service provider, particularly in the insurance industry where trust and reliability are paramount."

Never had a problem with the rental car or any services and payments for repairs. It is now 37 years since my first years with George. Now I am an old lady with nine grandchildren, retired and on Medicare. Today I am asked if I can give my opinion on Adam and his staff. I say five stars isn't enough, I need at 50 more stars, at least. You won't regret choosing Adam and his office staff for all your Insurance needs."
