However, when I inquired for clarity about who was calling and from where, the caller consistently refused to provide any details before abruptly hanging up. This lack of transparency and professionalism is concerning, especially from a well-known company like State Farm that you would expect to uphold a standard of straightforward communication and trust. It's disappointing to encounter such evasive tactics, which has led me to question their business practices. I would expect much better customer service and straightforwardness from any service provider, particularly in the insurance industry where trust and reliability are paramount."

They made sure everything was taken care of as well as Statefarm Insurance Company. It took three weeks to get the car fixed. Never had a problem with the rental car or any services and payments for repairs. It is now 37 years since my first years with George. Now I am an old lady with nine grandchildren, retired and on Medicare. Today I am asked if I can give my opinion on Adam and his staff. I say five stars isn't enough, I need at 50 more stars, at least. You won't regret choosing Adam and his office staff for all your Insurance needs."
